ISEA is a project in collaboration between Transpacific Sports and Fair Play Villena aimed at promoting sports and education among young athletes. The project provides a platform for young athletes to develop their skills and knowledge in sports. The academy has chosen Alicante as its base due to the city's excellent facilities for sports, including high-level competition, magnificent moderate weather, safe environment and a culture that is passionate about sports. ISEA is committed to providing young athletes with a unique experience that combines the best of sports and education, enabling them to outshine both on and off the field. Our team will ensure the best and safest experience for all our athletes due to the fact we know the importance of it.

Manolo Herrero

Manolo is a highly respected figure in the Spanish football community. He had a successful career as a professional footballer and is now the head coach of Villena CF. He has received a great recommendation from Juande Ramos, whom he met during his playing career with Levante U.D. His dedication to the development and promotion of the sport in Spain has earned him a reputation as a great football professional.

Juan Ferrer

Juan is a professional in physical activity and sports sciences, with expertise in training methodology, exercise biomechanics, nutritional guidelines, functional valuation of the athlete, injury prevention, and physical-sports re-education. He has experience in high-performance football, functional recovery of athletes, and practices in physical activity and health.

Roberto Da Silva

Roberto da Silva is a highly experienced and accomplished coach with over 15 years of coaching experience at various levels. He is also considered one of the best defense players in Mexico football and has made significant contributions to the sport. Additionally, he played alongside legendary footballer Pele during his time at Santos de Brazil, further demonstrating his vast knowledge and experience in the sport.

Kevin Yasaka is a football business manager with a strong background in Asian football. He has extensive knowledge of the sport in the region, which he has gained through years of experience working with teams and players. In addition, he has worked with young players in various clubs in Mexico, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential.

Jun Uchida

Uchida has a vast amount of experience in Asia, having successfully organized all type of sports events in Thailand, Hong Kong, China, and Japan for kids. He has proven to be a competent manager, with his skills extending to the management of football players. His background in sports management has also given him the capability to understand the various aspects of the sports industry and has helped him to develop a keen eye for talent.
